It is planned to implement a large-scale project on the construction of a processing enterprise in Severskaya district

The municipality invites the investors to participate financially in the construction of an enterprise on processing by-products of mining industry.

Within the framework of implementing an investment project it is anticipated to set up the construction of an enterprise on processing by-products of mining industry. The enterprise will incorporate a stone crushing & screening depot, a laboratory, warehousing, auxiliary and administrative & housekeeping premises. According to the preliminary estimations, the enterprise will annually produce 285,000 tons of finished products which will be of demand among agricultural enterprises and companies dealing with the production of construction materials.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 213.15 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 2.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 23 new jobs.

A land plot of 100,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Ilskiy settlement. There is a local road (0.3 km) there. The distance to the federal highway "Êrasnodar city –Novorossiysk city" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Severskaya Cossack village is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 48 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Ilskaya is 4 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 56 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 110 km.
