Severskaya district presents a profitable project on the construction of an agricultural enterprise with a recreation zone

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to implement a project "Construction of an agricultural enterprise with a recreation tourist zone "Fisher".

The project provides for the construction of wooden cottages of different capacity (two-seat, four-seat and eight-seat) in total for 320 beds. The total area of the cottages will make 8,860 sq.m. As forecasted, the consumers of the complex services will be residents of Severskaya district as well as Krasnodar region. Among the competitive advantages of the project is a modern design of the recreation facility, favorable climatic conditions, availability of a natural reservoir and a small number of competitive enterprises.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 71.4 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 2.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 21 new jobs.

A land plot of 192,370 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Lvovskoye village. The distance to the federal highway "Êrasnodar city – Novorossiysk city" is 23 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Severskaya Cossack village is 20 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 57 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Severskaya is 22 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 65 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 140 km.
