Severskaya district presents a promising investment project

The entrepreneurs are offered to invest into a project on the construction of a tourist, sports & health and fitness center "Mountain tourist complex "Sober-Bash".

The presented investment project provides for the construction of a tourist, sports & health and fitness center "Mountain tourist complex "Sober Bash". It is planned to construct 10 ski trails stretching for some 10 kilometers; lifts will be fitted: two chairlifts, T-bar lift and plate-type cable car. It is planned to construct a hotel for 100 rooms and cottages for 120 rooms within the framework of the project. A café, a restaurant and a bar will be put into operation; guest parking lot will be equipped for 500 light cars and 10 buses and ski-and-bike rental services will be provided.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 900.46 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 73 new jobs.

A land plot of 692,400 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Ubinskaya Cossack village, near the mountain Sober Bash. There is a local road (1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Êrasnodar city –Novorossiysk city" is 15 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Severskaya Cossack village is 15 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 60 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Severskaya is 20 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 74 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 125 km.
