The Severskaya District offers a major agrarian project

The Municipal Formation proposes to implement an investment project to modernize a plant for the production of non-alcoholic beverages.

A project with investments of 230.3 million rubles is planned to be implemented in the Cossack village of Severskaya of the Krasnodar Region. It is supposed to modernize the plant for the production of mineral water and soft drinks and the construction of storage facilities within the project. When reaching a designed capacity, the enterprise will produce 15,000 glass and plastic bottle per year. The products will be in demand among the residents of the Krasnodar Region and neighboring regions.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 230 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 100 new jobs.

A land plot of 16,447 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Severskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Lenina Street (the adjacent road), there. The distance to the federal highway »Krasnodar city –Novorossiysk city» is 2 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 35 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Severskaya is 1 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 40 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 135 km.
