A large agricultural project to be implemented in Severskaya district of Krasnodar region

The municipality offers the investors to finance a project on the construction of a production complex on processing berries and vegetable products.

The present investment project provides for setting up the construction of a production complex on processing berries and vegetable products. The complex will incorporate an administrative building, warehousing premises; workshops on processing raw materials and infrastructure facilities will be fitted. The enterprise will produce 8.92 million cans of finished products yearly and plans to merchandise it among retail chains and individual entrepreneurs of Krasnodar region.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 315.69 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 99 new jobs.

A land plot of 50,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Severskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Zapadnaya Street. (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Êrasnodar city – Novorossiysk city" is 2 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 48 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Severskaya is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 56 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 110 km.
