It is planned to build a furniture factory in Severskaya district

The municipality offers to invest into the project on the construction of a furniture factory.

It is expected to implement the presented investment project on the construction of a furniture factory in the Cossack village Smolenskaya of Krasnodar region. The project is meant for wholesale furniture depots and private entrepreneurs of the region. The construction of a one-storey production building in the area of 1600 sq.m. is planned. A factory that will manufacture up to 1,628 units of furniture annually will be built and fitted. The finished products are to be merchandised on a wholesale basis. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 68.70 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 48 new jobs.

A land plot of 40,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Smolenskaya Cossack village. The distance to the local road is 100 m. The distance to the federal highway "Êrasnodar city –Novorossiysk city" is 5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Severskaya Cossack village is 25 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 35 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Afipskaya is 6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 46 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 130 km.
