It Is Planned to Implement a Beneficial Project in Construction in Severskaya District

The Municipal Formation Proposes to Invest in the Residential Complex Construction Project.

The purpose of the investment project is to construct a residential complex in the Western part of Ilskiy urban-type settlement. It is planned to organize the construction of 14 three-story houses, 4 public buildings, parks, squares, sports grounds, playgrounds, and a complex of garages. The project is focused on the population of the Krasnodar Region, as well as people wishing to move to Severskaya District.

The project needs 1,500.64 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 204 new jobs.

A land plot of 79,700 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Ilskiy settlement. There is a local road, Pervomayskaya Street (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway «Êrasnodar city – Novorossiysk city» is 2 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Ilskiy settlement is 3 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 40 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Ilskaya is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 43 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 115 km.
