It is planned to implement a large agrarian project in the municipal formation Severskaya district

The municipality offers investors to participate in the implementation of a mega-project on the construction of a pig-breeding farm.

It is planned to implement a large-scale investment project on the construction of a pig-breeding farm in Severskaya district of Krasnodar region. Within the scope of the project, it is intended to construct a farm incorporating several blocks: for boars and insemination, gestation, farrowing, weaning, quarantine and fattening. In addition, the farm will have warehousing premises and feed-processing building, slaughterhouse, meat and raw materials processing workshop equipped. It is forecasted that the pig-breeding farm will produce 4,200 tons of meat yearly and its estimated capacity will make 47,697 heads of cattle.

The project is primaily targeted at wholesale companies and processing enterprises; personal sales are planned too.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,106.2 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 24 years, and the return on investment period is 5.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 141 new jobs.

A land plot of 915,600 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Severskaya district. The distance to the federal highway "Êrasnodar city – Novorossiysk city" is 7 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Severskaya Cossack village is 5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 45 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Severskaya is 5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 55 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 120 km.
