It is planned to implement a large agrarian project in the municipal formation Severskaya district

The municipality offers the investors to participate in the implementation of a mega-project on the construction of a pig-breeding complex.

It is planned to implement a large-scale investment project on the construction of a pig-breeding complex. The implementation of the project will facilitate the development of in-house production in the district and import substitution. Within the framework of the project it is planned to build a complex incorporating blocks: for boar pigs and breeding, gestation, farrowing, weaning, quarantine and fattening. In addition, warehousing premises and fodder department, slaughter-house, meat and secondary raw materials’ processing workshop will be fitted within the complex. It is forecasted that the pig-breeding complex will produce 4,200 tons of meat yearly. Its estimated capacity will make 47,697 cattle.   

The project is primarily targeted at wholesale companies and processing enterprises. Personal salesmanship is planned too.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1106.2 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 24 years, and the return on investment period is 5.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 141 new jobs.
