Severskaya district of Krasnodar region offers to implement a profitable project in the processing industry

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to finance an investment project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing molds for concrete block machines of LLC "Vybor C".

For industrial enterprises it is planned to implement a project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing molds for concrete block machines of LLC "Vybor C" that the municipality offers to the entrepreneurs. According to the calculations, the estimated capacity will make 1,000 units of products per year – molds for manufacturing paving tiles of different configuration; pavement items; items according to customer’s drawings.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 648.06 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 69 new jobs.

A land plot of 323,280 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Severskaya district. The distance to the federal highway "Êrasnodar city – Novorossiysk city" is 2.3 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Severskaya Cossack village is 0.5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 40 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station  of Severskaya is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 55 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 120 km.
