Severskaya district offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a logistics center

The municipality invites the investors to implement a project on the construction of a logistics center.

Within the framework of implementing a project it is planned to build a complex providing services on freight storage, assemblage, insurance and safeguarding as well as services on accommodation and servicing guests, maintenance of heavy duty vehicles at service stations. The estimated capacity of the logistics center will make 900 sq.m. of dry store, 3,600 sq.m. of cold store. The main consumers of the center services will be commercial and industrial enterprises, car drivers and passengers moving along the federal motorway.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 532.12 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 146 new jobs.

A land plot of 60,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Ilskiy settlement. The distance to the local road is 30 m. The distance to the federal highway "Êrasnodar city –Novorossiysk city" is 0.05 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Severskaya Cossack village is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 48 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Ilskaya is 6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 56 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 110 km.
