Severskaya district presents a large-scale agricultural project

The municipal formation Severskaya district of Krasnodar region invites the entrepreneurs to implement an investment project on the construction of a mega-farm.

It is planned to implement a large-scale project in the agricultural sector in Severskaya district: to build a mega-farm for 2600 cattle. Within the framework of implementing the project 4 cow sheds and auxiliary buildings will be built and fodder pits will be organized. It is planned to merchandise milk to regional milk-processing enterprises. The lack of competitors and the availability of fodder supplies ensure investment appeal of the project.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 479.13 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 94 new jobs.

A land plot of 100,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Severskaya Cossack village. The distance to the local road is 500 m. The distance to the federal highway "Êrasnodar city –Novorossiysk city" is 4 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 40 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station "Severskaya" is 50 m, to the Krasnodar Airport is 56 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 120 km.
