Severskaya district presents an agricultural investment project

The municipality invites the entrepreneurs to participate financially in the implementation of a project on setting up raspberry & strawberry growing and construction of a deep freeze workshop.

The purpose of the project is to set up strawberry & raspberry growing and construct a cooling workshop for deep freeze of berries and vegetables. Greenhouses in the total area of 25,650 sq.m. will be built within the framework of the project. It is forecasted that the workshop will produce 184 tons of products. It is planned to merchandise frozen berries and vegetables among entrepreneurs of Krasnodar region and supply them to the hyper-market.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 29.49 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 94 new jobs.

A land plot of 59,974 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Bonchkovskiy farm. The distance to the local road is 0.5 km. The distance to the federal highway "Êrasnodar city –Novorossiysk city" is 0.50 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Severskaya Cossack village is 10 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 40 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Afipskaya is 6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 48 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 130 km.
