Severskaya district provides for the implementation of a mega project in the processing industry

The municipality invites the investors to participate in the implementation of a project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing biopolymers.

Within the framework of implementation of the presented investment project it is expected to set up the production of xanthan using biotechnologies and bioreactor. As forecasted, the plant will produce 3,480 tons of gum per year.

The presented project is meant for oil refineries, food and cosmetic enterprises of Krasnodar region and Severskaya district.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,000 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 4 years, and the return on investment period is 5.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 208 new jobs.

A land plot of 131,073 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Severskaya Cossack village. The distance to the federal highway "Êrasnodar city – Novorossiysk city" is 0 km (adjoins).

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 38 km.

The distance to the nearest railway of Severskaya Cossack village is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 50 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 120 km.
